Investigate and resolve production bugs and incidents across existing platforms
Analyse root causes and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence
Work with architects and senior engineers to define technical solutions for defects
Build, test, and deploy fixes in line with engineering and operational standards
Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests related to bug fixes
Participate in code reviews with a focus on quality, stability, and maintainability
Support incident resolution in collaboration with SiteOps, DevOps, Security, and Development teams
Improve monitoring, logging, and operational practices to reduce future incidents
Contribute to documentation and operational knowledge sharing

3–5 years experience supporting or developing existing web applications using C# / .NET
Strong understanding of C# (.NET Framework), ASP.NET MVC, and REST APIs
Experience working with production incidents and defect resolution
Good understanding of microservices-based systems
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (operational level)
Experience with testing practices related to bug fixing and regression prevention
Fluent in English
