Serve as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders for data-analytic deliverables
Develop data assets for analytic deliverables, including basic data analysis, advanced statistical analyses, reporting, and visualization
Independently produce analysis or analytics with appropriate technologies
Write programs in appropriate language to develop data needed to support deliverables
Produce written reports summarizing analytic deliverables, including methods, interpretations, and business implications
Support ad-hoc analytic advisory support to internal clients
Stay abreast of contemporary analytics, analytic technologies, and healthcare industry issues
Prototype scalable, novel analytic solutions and develop novel data sets for developing analytic solutions.
Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables
Document work.

Bachelors or higher in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative discipline
1-3 years experience in a data-analytic intensive role
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL, SAS, R, STATA or other high level data programming language
Basic to intermediate proficiency with Python, PHP, Perl, VB, JavaScript, C++ or other programming language
Formal training or extensive applied experience with advanced statistical methods such as regression-type modeling, data-mining methods (e.g. classification trees)
Proficiency with data visualization
1-3 years developing data that merges relational tables, either within a relational database or related “big data” environments (e.g. SQL Server, Hadoop)
1-3 years of real world data and statistical analysis experience
1-3 years project management experience, including demonstrated success with cross-functional collaboration
1-3 years implementing novel analytics with minimal supervision.
