About this role
Role Overview
- Design, provision, and maintain core cloud services (VMs, storage, network, databases)
- Set up, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage templates, VPN connections, and disaster recovery procedures
- Diagnose and resolve cloud solution issues, review service frameworks, implement security policies
- Work with customers to understand requirements, deliver scheduled/unscheduled support, assist in payment service implementation
- Enhance technical skills, stay updated on cloud technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT support and operations
- 5+ years hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- CI/CD pipeline management
- Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Advanced knowledge of networking (Firewalls, VPN gateways, Azure VNet , NSGs)
- VPN setup (S2S & P2S)
- OS security best practices
- Expertise in Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory
- Cloud Architect or relevant Azure/AWS certification mandatory
