Conduct on-site commissioning, testing, and servicing to ensure the proper operation of marine products.
Complete all commissioning and service activities within the required timeframes and quality standards.
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for marine systems and related equipment.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and processes to improve service efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery and effective communication.
Maintain close collaboration with internal teams and provide timely feedback on customer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning, service, or maintenance engineering (preferably in the marine or industrial field).
Strong technical, computer, and programming skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites for extended periods.
