Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including revenue and cost reporting, with clear variance analysis against forecast, budget and prior year
Business partner with the advertising and events teams, providing insight, analysis and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and maximise profitability
Take ownership of month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments, ensuring accurate journal postings supported by sound judgement and data
Reconcile balance sheet accounts to an auditable standard, including maintaining clear supporting documentation, ageing analysis and identifying risks and opportunities
Deliver additional analysis and reporting to meet stakeholder needs, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights
Continuously review processes to identify inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Proven experience in a Management Accountant or business partnering role, with strong commercial awareness
Part-qualified (or studying towards) ACCA/CIMA or equivalent financial qualification
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into clear, meaningful insights
Advanced Excel skills, with confidence working methodically with complex data
Excellent communication skills, able to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy while maintaining a broader commercial perspective
Proactive and solutions-focused, with experience identifying and improving processes
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business
Experience with systems such as AdPoint or Salesforce is desirable
