- Familiarity with emerging technologies (Electronic Health Record (EHR), GenAI, wearable technology)
- Familiarity with quality control programs (e.g., Random Holdouts (RHO), Post-Issue Audits (PIA))
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
