Serve as a senior technical resource to national sales, A/E firms, contractors, and channel partners.
Review architectural, structural, and mechanical documents to determine appropriate vibration isolation and seismic solutions.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs from construction documents for vibration isolation and seismic systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Own estimating inputs including scope definition, assumptions, exclusions, pricing inputs, and technical clarifications.
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, coordinating internal inputs required to release accurate, on-time quotes.
Lead the technical review of submittals and shop drawings, including redlines and constructability feedback.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing based on impact, complexity, and timeline sensitivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering, construction management, or technical discipline a plus).
10–15+ years of experience performing technical take-offs, estimating, and inside sales support, with specific depth in vibration isolation and seismic applications.
Extensive experience interpreting construction documents, specifications, and schedules for complex projects.
Expert-level take-off and estimating capability, particularly for vibration isolation and seismic systems.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate drawings and requirements into accurate, buildable solutions.
High attention to detail, organization, and deadline management across multiple complex projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with A/E firms, contractors, and internal teams.
CRM proficiency and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales support environment.
