About this role
Role Overview
Manage multidisciplinary teams and project controls—including budget, schedule, and risk—to drive the "refresh" of aging data centers from site assessment through facility activation.
Partner closely with IMDC operations, internal departments, and external vendors to align technical, safety, and delivery protocols across various US jurisdictions.
Oversee design development and commissioning activities to ensure all projects strictly adhere to building codes, international standards, and organizational safety policies.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in mission-critical MEP, data centers, or high-tech labs, specifically within "live" operating environments.
Strong knowledge of technical systems, including MEP, UPS, chillers, and BMS, along with proficiency in project tools like Procore and Bluebeam.
Proven ability in leadership and project management, with the capacity to manage complex, multi-project environments and lead procurement under AIA-type documents.
A degree in Engineering or Construction/Project Management or equivalent experience and preferably a PMP certification.
