Receiving and handling technical customer inquiries by phone, email, or ticketing system
Providing Remotefix support (remote maintenance, basic troubleshooting and issue resolution)
Supporting fault analysis and documenting incidents in the system
Close cooperation with field service technicians and dispatch
Technical advice on machines and service offerings
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through solution-oriented communication
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., IT systems clerk, mechatronics technician, office clerk) — or equivalent professional experience or strong technical interest (career changers with technical aptitude are welcome!)
Some experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
Interest in technology and basic troubleshooting skills (e.g., coffee machines, appliances, or IT)
Strong communication skills, patience, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Confident use of MS Office and ticketing systems
