Monitors operational KPIs such as customer service, inventory, and backorders; reports performance to stakeholders.
Performs standard analyses to support decisions; escalates complex issues for higher-level review.
Participates in assigned steps of new product launches and portfolio optimization activities.
Tracks and reconciles inventory; identifies opportunities for process improvement.
Provides input into allocation decisions by analyzing demand, supply, and historical trends.
Recommends process/system improvements and supports implementation under direction.
Interacts tactically with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and supply constraints.
Learns and develops expertise; may provide informal support to junior colleagues.
Escalates unresolved issues to Sr. SC Manager.
