Content & Marketing: Create and manage high-quality brand content to enhance product visibility and improve customer engagement and conversion rates on both marketplaces.
Case Management: Handle communication and support cases with Zalando and Otto partner support to resolve technical or fulfillment issues efficiently.
Marketplace Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of the European e-commerce landscape, specifically focusing on Zalando’s and Otto’s algorithm changes, category trends, and best practices.
Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee storage and fulfillment processes (Partner Program / Connected Retail), monitoring inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance and Buy Box competition, implementing data-driven strategies to increase sales and market share.
Requirements
