Establish financial practices and decision making on complex issues affecting recordkeeping for trusts, annuities, and pooled income funds
Manage measurement and performance reporting needs for individual portfolios and groups
Responsible for GIPS verification process and adherence with regulatory standards (i.e. SEC)
Manage vendor and custodial relationships including cloud hosting support and application upgrades
Document and establish business processes and controls for ongoing integration with the business
Own the firm’s portfolio management (APX) software solution
Implement and enhance operational and financial controls, policies, and procedures

5+ years of experience in Investment performance reporting
Hands-on experience with APX portfolio management software
Familiarity with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and SEC regulatory requirements
Ability to manage vendor and custodial relationships
Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and automation workflows
Experience with gift administration and ability to assess complex, non-cash assets
Experience collaborating with IT on systems acquisitions and development
Prior experience in an investment advisory or wealth management environment
