- Responsible for interaction with onshore counterparts throughout the Public/Private client life cycle
- Partnering with various stakeholders to deliver a distinctive client experience
- Work with business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding process
- Perform administrative/reporting support for servicing teams
- Complete requests with 100% accuracy and in a highly professional manner
- Identify and resolve issues timely and efficiently and work independently
