Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management for digital assets and fiat holdings.
Oversee tokenomics strategy, ensuring a sustainable and scalable financial model for the company's crypto ecosystem.
Analyze market trends and provide insights on investment opportunities in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 projects.
Supervise the management of crypto reserves, liquidity pools, and staking mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with global crypto regulations (FATF, SEC, MiCA, AML/KYC policies).
Develop and oversee risk management frameworks for digital assets, including market volatility, liquidity risk, and cybersecurity threats.
Manage relationships with crypto investors, venture capital firms, exchanges, and institutional partners.
Provide transparent financial reporting to stakeholders, ensuring trust and compliance.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
Deep understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, stablecoins, and crypto trading strategies.
Knowledge of blockchain accounting standards, crypto taxation, and international financial regulations.
Experience with crypto exchanges, wallets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with Islamic finance principles is a plus for Shariah-compliant projects.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
