Operational management and coordination of design-related projects within the executive board environment
Primary point of contact for board offices, executive aides and Brand Management
Close alignment across the client–agency–internal design and account teams
Responsible for briefing, prioritization, scheduling, scope and status communication
Proactive and transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders, including for short-notice or smaller requests
Ensure accurate documentation in shared tools
Sensitive expectation
and boundary-management in high-urgency and complex contexts
Solution-oriented communication, including where it is necessary to clearly define constraints

Experience in project coordination, account management or advisory roles, ideally in an agency or corporate setting
Excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Confident presence, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
Ability to remain calm and structured in time-critical or politically sensitive situations
Understanding of complex stakeholder structures and decision-making processes
Very good German and English language skills
Willingness to travel for regular and occasionally short-notice meetings
