Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end testing activities
- Ensure high-quality software releases
- Drive defect prevention strategies
- Responsible for functional, integration, regression, and UAT support across complex enterprise applications
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- · Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
PERIENCE
- · 5–8+ years of Manual QA experience.
- · Proven experience in managing testing efforts for complex systems.
Technical Skills
- · Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
- · Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- · API testing experience.
- · SQL knowledge (data validation).
- · Experience in SIT environment.
- · Knowledge of test management tools (Zephyr, TestRail, Azure Test Plans).
Soft Skills
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · High attention to detail.
- · Ability to manage multiple projects.
- · Strong communication & stakeholder management.
- · Leadership & mentoring capability.
