Requirements
- Tenured backend engineers with experience operating at staff-level scope
- Strong knowledge of data governance concepts and practices
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems
- Strong experience with at least one JVM language (ideally Java) and relational databases
- Comfortable with reliability, observability, and operational excellence
- Communicate clearly with engineers and non-engineers
