About this role
Role Overview
Own the full outbound process — from first touch to booked demo.
Build and scale lead generation across cold email and LinkedIn.
Optimize lead funnels and landing pages for conversion.
Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency.
Write and run cold email campaigns targeting DACH markets.
Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.
Set up and improve lead funnels — no lead left behind.
Collaborate on landing pages that convert.
Coordinate follow-ups and prepare demo calls to maximize close rates.
Requirements
Native-level German.
3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound or sales development.
Strong copywriting instincts — clear, sharp, no fluff.
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar.
Self-starter who creates structure, not just follows it.
Willingness to travel: occasional business trips to the DACH region (by arrangement with the client).
