Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

• Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls.
• Own inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
• Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences.
• Manage outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct prospecting.
• Follow up with leads to keep them engaged.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
• Report on performance metrics through CRM and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role.
• Excellent Communication.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation.
• Tech-Savvy.
• Must be fast learner.
• Ability to master new sales tools, strategies, and systems quickly.
• Attention to Detail & Organization.
• Comfort managing vendors, constantly improving metrics.
