Provide technical advice and support to the sales team in identifying and qualifying customer requirements
Analyze customer requirements and develop solution proposals as the technical lead
Prepare technical proposal content and solution concepts, including effort estimates and price calculations based on our service catalog
Deliver tier-appropriate presentations and technical workshops and support contract negotiations
Act as the interface between engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure feasibility and implementation of solutions
Conduct technical clarifications with our vendors and distributors and closely support proofs of concept
Monitor the market and competitors to continuously improve the offered solutions
Maintain and expand customer relationships in close coordination with account managers and project managers
Support marketing activities with presentations and demos
Maintain required certification programs from selected manufacturers (e.g., Microsoft, Sophos, Huawei, etc.)

Several years of experience in a comparable role as a System Engineer or Pre-Sales
Broad, practical expertise in: Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, M365/Microsoft Azure, Citrix, virtualization and storage solutions (VMware, Hyper‑V / Huawei, NetApp, HPE Alletra), Veeam Backup, as well as firewalls and networking (preferably Sophos, Huawei)
Completion of a higher technical school (Höhere Fachschule) and technical certifications are an advantage
