5+ years of experience with comprehensive technical expertise.
Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React (TypeScript) experience.
Backend development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred, but Python or Node also welcomed).
Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn UI (or willingness to learn).
Comfort integrating with and configuring LLMs and AI systems.
Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns.
Experience building data-driven tools and web applications.
Open-minded approach to using AI tools like Cursor and Cline for enhancing development productivity.
Background in technical SEO, data analysis, and creating custom growth tools is a significant advantage.
Prior work in startup or high-growth environments where you've bridged technical and business needs is highly valued.
