Develop creative high-level and detailed concepts for the social media presence (organic & paid) of our B2B and B2B2C clients, including translating strategic objectives into creative, platform-appropriate solutions
Provide consultation, sparring, and feedback, as well as evaluate and refine existing creatives, offering clear, well-founded recommendations based on audience analysis, platform trends, and creative performance
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, coordinate across interfaces, and maintain oversight of the entire content production process in alignment with Consulting, Creative, and Paid Social teams
Work as an integrated part of the creative team consisting of videographers and graphic designers and be closely connected with our social media consulting teams
Act as a bridge between Consulting, Creative, and Paid teams — ensuring creative excellence is strategically and conceptually grounded
Contribute to the operational production of social media content (video & static) in close collaboration with our creative team
Create scripts and briefs for videographers, graphic designers and content producers (internal and client-facing)
Write copy, hooks, and storylines that drive engagement and conversions
Research trends, target audiences, and competitors
Present concepts, ideas, and analyses internally and to clients
Lead creative social content for pitches and new business
Requirements
Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Media and Communication Design, Communication Studies, or a related field
At least 2 years of professional social media marketing experience — e.g., as a Creative Strategist, Social Content Specialist, or Account Manager at an agency, ideally with B2B clients
Proven success in conceptual and operational creative work (video and/or graphics), as well as project management/client servicing for social content
Creativity, strategic thinking, and a genuine interest in performance-driven, social-first content
Enthusiasm for and understanding of social media platforms and the mechanics of successful content
Independent, organized, and responsible working style with a strong hands-on mentality
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English — confident, clear, empathetic, and collaborative
