Conduct bottom-up fundamental research in innovative, publicly traded healthcare and insurance companies worldwide
Responsible for idea generation, news coverage and data monitoring in your sectors, proactively identifying and calling out opportunities for alpha generation
Perform financial modeling and valuation, using all available data sources to better understand and forecast company KPIs
Cultivate relationships with key sector experts and management teams and participate in major conferences and events
Make BIT Capital’s alternative data, artificial intelligence & quantitative capabilities an integral part of your research process, and identify opportunities to improve such capabilities
Collaborate with other investment team members, such as biotech

Strong academic track record in any relevant field (for example Economics, Mathematics or Medicine)
At least 3-5 years of professional experience researching investments, ideally in the healthcare or insurance sector (equity research, private equity, venture capital, investment banking or management consulting)
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the regulatory landscape
