Actively shaping international rollouts, version upgrades and system updates for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system (Dataverse customizations, plugins, JavaScript)
Developing and documenting solution concepts and technical designs
Maintaining existing interfaces and developing new integrations
Thoroughly testing implemented solutions and supporting ongoing operations
Requirements
Solid IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences (FH) or university)
At least two years of professional experience
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (especially the Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights modules)
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Software development with .NET/C#, SQL and JavaScript
Ideally experience with Microsoft Power BI, Azure DevOps and React
Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
