Processing customer orders.
Assisting and supporting various areas within customer service.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 18:30, and Saturdays from 08:00 to 17:00 (partly subject to scheduling).
Requirements
Pharmaceutical, medical, or commercial (business/administrative) training, with several years of professional experience in the service sector or in a pharmacy or drugstore.
Pleasant telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills.
Strong service and customer orientation.
Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive manner when dealing with customers.
Team player with high social competence; outgoing and open.
Languages: Fluent in German and French; Italian (minimum B2).
