Processing customer orders
Collaboration and support across various areas of customer service
Work schedule Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 18:30, and Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 (partly according to shift planning)
Requirements
Pharmaceutical, medical or commercial/administrative training, plus several years of professional experience in a service role or in a pharmacy/drugstore
Pleasant telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills
Strong service and customer orientation
Friendly, empathetic and persuasive manner when dealing with customers
Team player with high social competence; outgoing and open
Results-oriented and assertive, with a precise and accurate working style
Language skills: fluent in German and Italian; French (minimum B2)
