Role Overview
- Analysis of 2D projects and/or 3D/BIM models;
- Identification of issues, inconsistencies, or non-compliance with relevant standards and codes;
- Preparation of cost estimates for the industrialization of electrical and hydraulic systems;
- Preparation of cost estimates for the industrialization of drywall partition wall products;
- Final take-off of materials, accessories, and tools for building electrical, hydraulic, and drywall installations;
- Industrialization of building installation projects and partition walls.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technician, or other related technical fields;
- Ability to read projects across all disciplines, good writing skills and organized thinking, ability to sustain long tasks and attention to detail, and ease working in a team;
- Curiosity about new tools and process and development approaches;
- Organizational skills for controlling inputs and outputs;
- Technical knowledge of electrical installations, hydraulics, and partition walls;
- Language: Intermediate English;
- Software: Revit (intermediate), AutoCAD (intermediate);
- Intermediate to advanced level in Excel (spreadsheets);
- Knowledge of BIM and IFC files;
- Language: Intermediate Spanish;
- Experience in construction, project design, or cost estimation.
