Adult Behavioral Health Therapist

Role Overview

• Provide high level Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat a wide variety of patient conditions including depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, health anxiety and more.
• Engage in weekly supervision and case conferences to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and physicians to improve patient care.
• Participate in departmental and company-wide projects as needed.

Requirements

• PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC (Must already be Licensed in the state of New Jersey)
• Caseload experience: Adult
• 3-years experience working within an outpatient setting working with child/adolescents or adult 18yrs of age and older.
• Familiarity working within a medical setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for common mental disorders.
• Familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation).
