12+ years of experience working in a professional office.
Professional architectural licensure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes, leading or driving design concepts.
Experience guiding significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion, including management/mentoring of internal junior design staff and coordination and management of external design consultants.
Advanced understanding of building/accessibility codes and requirements.
Ability to provide quality control/quality assurance during project delivery.
Experience in Construction Administration, reviewing construction progress at jobsites ensuring conformance to contract documents.
Must be highly proficient in Revit.
Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
