About this role

Manage Market Executives of Operations, including process and personnel management, achieving financial goals, etc.
Oversee and deploy Remote/Regional Clinical Managers.
Develop market plans, including growth strategies, budget, and annual planning; monitor market expenditures.
Direct market billing and credit activities; review billing rates; coordinate with Business Service Center for accounts receivable activities.
Analyze market conditions, competitors, and business volume.
Backfills for Market Executives of Operations to oversee Branch Directors if a Market Executive role is vacant.
Partner with sales counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding our client base.
Work with clinical team to ensure quality deliverables.
Provide coaching and mentorship to Market Executives of Operations and Remote and Regional Clinical Managers.

Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing or therapy), healthcare administration, business or related field.
Experience with and understanding of the rules and policies of the Home Health industry.
Experience with EMR or HIM systems.
Reside in (or adjacent to) one of the states within the North Region
KY, IA, IL, IN, MN, or WI.
