Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Design and art direction techniques (preferably with experience working for public sector clients).
Strong creative conception skills and strategic vision.
Experience with advertising agency processes and services.
Residence in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area.
