Act as a core member of the GBO Communications team;
Work closely with leadership to create the right culture and maintain high levels of employee engagement and performance;
Deliver a wide range of projects and programmes related to internal/external communication, engagement and reputation;
Provide hands-on support to high impact change programmes, organisational change activities, etc as required;
Promote and protect DBSI and Diageo’s reputation;
Implement internal/external communication plans for DBSI;
Own and manage DBSI communications calendar, channels and content;
Track metrics and produce regular reports/insights to improve content and channel performance;
Increase DBSI visibility and credibility externally with support of DBSI LT and HR;
Plan and run in‑person/virtual events and engagement activities: logistics, vendors, content, run‑of‑show, rehearsal, and on‑day delivery.
Requirements
Graduate;
Fluent English-strong writing and editing;
5–8 years of communications experience (corporate/agency/shared services preferred);
Solid planning and hands-on execution of campaigns and events;
Working knowledge of MS core productivity and collaboration tools, with comfort using digital platforms including SharePoint for communication and content delivery;
Strong organisation, attention to detail, ability to plan and manage multiple deadlines;
Collaborative style; comfortable working across teams and levels;
Experience in a global/cross-cultural environment is an advantage.;
