Provide administrative support for the Repertory, Alternative, and Events team.
Work with the Film and Group Sales teams to determine which films need to be booked for each theater, then book these films with distributors and studios.
Confirm bookings to ensure that each film has been booked at the correct terms, screening format, and venue.
Confirm local one-off bookings for franchise markets.
Provide comprehensive communication to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the status of each booking.
Monitor the film's delivery to ensure it arrives on time at the theater and resolve any issues that may arise along the way.
Franchise communications, including opt-ins for non-first-run programming packages, including on-sale timing and readiness for those packages.
Become an expert in the technology systems and processes we use to book films and keep those systems up to date with the latest information about each booking.
Requirements
Experienced in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets; AirTable experience is a bonus.
A motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative working style.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable and effective in a very fast-paced environment with changing priorities and lots of last-minute requests.
Savvy about technology; able to pick up new technologies quickly.
Able to develop strong business relationships across generations and at different levels of an organization; Very comfortable on the phone, since that is the preferred communication method of many of our distribution partners.
