Managing payment proposals and executing payment runs according to company policy.
Processing invoices and supporting documents using OCR and other automation tools.
Reconciling and analysing account balances; investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Supporting month-end closing activities and ad-hoc reporting for the team.
Handling finance mailbox enquiries and liaising with internal departments and suppliers.
Assisting team members with routine AP tasks and improvements.
