Role Overview
- Daily review of publications in the Federal Official Gazette (Diário Oficial da União)
- Drafting and sending communications to clients
- Monitoring administrative and judicial proceedings
- Tracking and monitoring dockets, meetings, assignment draws for rapporteurship, and updates on the ANVISA portal
- Drafting procedural filings for both administrative and judicial matters
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing reports.
Requirements
- Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Intermediate English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in administrative-regulatory law, preferably in health/sanitary regulation
- Knowledge of and interest in Life Sciences topics, particularly ANVISA's activities and competencies.
