Role Overview
- Conduct initial conversations with prospective candidates and assess suitability

- Guide candidates through the decision-making process
- Inform prospects about the program in a persuasive and transparent manner
- Bring understanding of IT roles and job market requirements
- Monitor the application funnel and propose optimizations
- Refine screening criteria, interview guides, and processes
Requirements
- Must-have: Experience in tech recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Experience in sales, admissions, or a consulting environment
- Basic understanding of software and digital roles
- Professional interview skills and strong communication abilities
- Structured working style, ownership, and reliability
- Nice-to-have: Experience in continuing education / EdTech
- Good understanding of current tech stacks (not required but helpful)
- Experience with AVGS, BGS, or other subsidized training programs
- Knowledge in facilitation, coaching, or interview diagnostics
