Installation, maintenance and repair of IT and point-of-sale (POS) systems as well as e‑health solutions on-site at pharmacies, medical practices and retail locations
Execution of service calls following established processes and checklists
Documentation of work via digital checklists on a company-provided tablet
Support with on-site troubleshooting and remediation and provision of remote support
Integration of hardware and software components into existing IT environments according to specifications
Requirements
Completed technical training or equivalent qualification — career changers with strong technical affinity and a willingness to learn are welcome
Initial practical experience in supporting POS systems (cash registers), medical IT systems or similar devices is an advantage but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware and network technology
Customer-oriented, self-reliant and willing to travel within the regional service area (approximately a 150 km radius from your place of residence)
Valid driving license (Class B)
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
Friendly demeanour and ability to work well in a team
