Role Overview
- Drive and manage the technical roadmap in coordination with the Product Owner
- Mentor and provide technical support to developers in their implementations and professional growth
- Design, develop, test, and document with strong requirements for quality, performance, and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead DevOps deployments on Docker Swarm and Kubernetes
- Ensure observability, security, and operational maintenance of the platforms, and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- More than 5 years' experience in Java development
- Experience as a Technical Lead
- Experience with LLMs and/or document processing would be an asset
