Responsible for the Commercial Steering function, including merchandise control, planning and pricing.
Plan and monitor product flows and inventory to prevent overstock and stockouts.
Create, analyze and monitor sales, inventory and demand plans, as well as budget targets and relevant KPIs.
Develop and continuously adjust pricing strategy across the entire product lifecycle.
Provide assortment optimization recommendations and develop decision‑support tools and reporting for purchasing and management.
Perform forecasting analyses and adapt plans to current market conditions.
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in analytical roles such as management consulting, planning or controlling, ideally within the fashion industry
Strong analytical skills, excellent numerical aptitude and strategic foresight
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
Proactive, results‑oriented and structured working style
Strong communicator, team player and able to assert decisions when necessary
