Monitor and manage requests that align with clients' needs and objectives according to the contracted scope;
Provide assisted oversight, developing effective mitigation plans together with client-facing teams;
Assess risks identified by ISH and client stakeholders, developing effective mitigation plans;
Monitor regular vulnerability assessments;
Provide ongoing technical cybersecurity consulting, including support for incident response and troubleshooting;
Serve as the focal point for security issues and client consulting, offering targeted guidance;
Continuously monitor clients' cybersecurity environments, identifying areas for improvement;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security;
Deep knowledge of incident management, crisis response, and risk mitigation;
Proficiency with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, SOAR, and cloud security solutions;
English (a plus);
Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices.
