End-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering complex, company-wide projects — from initiation through to successful completion
Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality objectives, including proactive risk and stakeholder management
Proactively identifying deviations and developing and implementing appropriate corrective measures to achieve project goals
Responsible for transparent communication and reporting of project status to identified stakeholders
Further development of company-wide project management standards and the PMO structure
Enabling the organization through training, workshops and coaching (including Jira, Confluence, MS Teams) to sustainably strengthen project management and collaboration capabilities

Extensive professional experience in project management, ideally in the context of large IT or transformation projects
Strong methodological expertise in traditional and/or agile project management approaches
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills — including experience presenting to management and C-level stakeholders
High assertiveness, flexibility and initiative in a dynamic environment
Strong affinity for digital tools, particularly MS 365 as well as Atlassian Jira & Confluence
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
