Onboarding new starters by accurately inputting candidate details into internal systems.
Initiating and managing comprehensive vetting checks, including BPSS, DBS, credit checks, and financial probity assessments.
Collaborating with Experian and other third-party providers to facilitate credit and background checks.
Collecting and verifying employment references and other relevant documentation.
Coordinating pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Managing contract extensions, transfers, and leaver processes efficiently.
Escalating any issues or anticipated delays in the onboarding process to the relevant recruitment teams promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in a vetting or onboarding analyst role, with demonstrable knowledge of BPSS, DBS, credit checks, and working with credit reference agencies such as Experian.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
