Lead regular strategic meetings, gather and act on client feedback, and maintain detailed documentation and reporting to ensure strong client health, accountability, and continuous improvement across Data Solutions and reporting teams.
Own the integration of multiple data inputs into data models via an API bridge and automated reporting systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with technical standards.
Develop and approve KPI solutions, perform regression testing for all changes, validate dashboard accuracy, and conduct in-depth data exploration to support evolving requirements and inform Business Intelligence development.
Develop and present dashboard wireframes, collaborate with Data Governance on quality assurance, and oversee functional and data quality testing to ensure robust, reliable solutions.
Lead dashboard troubleshooting with technical teams and take full ownership of secure data exports to external users, ensuring strict compliance with data security standards and protocols.
Requirements
At least seven years of experience in a data, development, or operations role.
Understanding of how tools such as Power BI.
Self-motivated to learn new technologies and processes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines, with a team-player mindset.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
