Lead and own the Market & Customer Intelligence Program, translating pilot learnings into a scalable operating model and governance framework
Drive the 12–18-month rollout roadmap across functions, countries, and use cases
Run monthly, quarterly, and annual intelligence cycles, synthesizing inputs into clear, actionable insights
Integrate signals from multiple sources into coherent, decision-ready narratives
Ensure high-quality standards, consistency of frameworks, and relevance to business decisions
Drive adoption across teams through enablement, support, and stakeholder engagement
Track KPIs, identify gaps, and continuously improve processes to establish the capability as a trusted enterprise asset
Requirements
Advanced degree in business, healthcare, economics, engineering, or a related field
Significant experience in strategy, intelligence, consulting, commercial operations, or healthcare transformation
Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional and multi-country programs
Strong understanding of AI-driven analytics, machine learning concepts, and data management principles (e.g., data lakes/warehouses)
Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and clear, structured insights
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and scaling initiatives from pilot to business-as-usual; fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
