Ensure regulatory compliance across France, Belgium, Sweden, and Germany
Ensure consistent procedural control of all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities in line with regulations and Bodycote standards
Maintain and continuously improve EHS standards
Support Plant Managers in deploying industry-leading practices
Define best practices to ensure consistency across European sites
Develop a proactive EHS culture to positively influence employee behaviour
Lead incident investigations when required
Support sites in maintaining ISO certifications
Collaborate with Divisional and PLC Group teams for reporting and compliance

5–10 years in EHS leadership, multi-site EU experience preferred
Degree or certification in occupational safety, environmental management, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
Experience with ISO certifications, incident investigations, HAZOP, JSA, SQDCP
Proficient in EHS digital systems, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power-Bi, Planner)
Effective communication and influence across all levels of a global organisation
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently under strict deadlines
Proficient in English and French
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Committed to developing a positive EHS culture and continuous improvement
