About this role
Role Overview
Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports
Research and analyze intelligence from diverse sources to create Threat Development Packages and link analysis, identifying threats and patterns
Conduct analysis in support of operational activities to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and/or facilities
Analyze information received to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to answer these gaps via appropriate collection means
Support counterintelligence and intelligence inquiries under the direction of the Director of Identity Intelligence
When appropriate, prepare serialized intelligence reports
Evaluate threats to emerging technology under development within an enterprise, experience with Research, Development and Acquisitions (RDA) counterintelligence analysis preferred
Conduct counterintelligence briefings to personnel as required
Screen and vet individuals, process requests for information, and review grant applications against intelligence databases
Link digital aliases, screen names, and biometric data (fingerprints, facial recognition) to real-world identities
Coordinate with local, state, federal, or private sector partners to facilitate information sharing in compliance with privacy regulations
Requirements
9 years of relevant experience with bachelor's in related field
7 years of relevant experience with master's in related field
4 years of relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience
Excellent technical writing skills to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others
Familiarity with Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and Classification Management Tool (CMT)
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
TS /SCI security clearance
1-3 years’ experience in technical writing or editing with at least one year working in the Intelligence Community
