Develop and maintain end-to-end applications, working on both frontend and backend, with a focus on quality, performance and security.
Support the Tech Lead in the technical analysis of requests, contributing to the definition of scope, risks, dependencies and technical impacts.
Remove technical and access blockers (environment, permissions, integrations, inter-department dependencies).
Handle ad hoc interactions with internal requesters, clarifying technical questions and aligning expectations when necessary.
Act as a technical bridge between development, systems/product analysts and QA, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements.
Support the definition of technical solutions together with the Tech Lead, adhering to architectural patterns and best practices.
Ensure efficient integration between systems, APIs and databases.
Apply and promote best practices for code, version control, testing and security.
Support the team in resolving more complex technical issues.
Monitor application performance, contributing to optimizations and continuous improvement.
Ensure delivery quality together with QA, supporting root-cause analysis and fixes.
