Work with internal and external resources to create interesting and relevant content whilst ensuring programmes & workshops are written with a view to catering towards the interests of stakeholders and attendees.
Write clear, concise and persuasive marketing copy for emails and websites.
Research excellent and suitable speakers & faculty and invite them to participate.
Collaborate with the sponsorship team to support in securing and confirming sponsors for sessions and events.
Maintain tracking documents for speaker & session materials and coordinate deadlines.
Lead project brief meetings and work with internal teams to hit targets and grow events.
Work across multiple events at once, negotiating different timelines and schedules and managing workflow and ensuring internal deadlines are met.
Work closely and collaborate with in-house editorial teams to keep abreast of the latest news in the relevant sectors.
Run the content programme onsite at events.
Network with speakers and delegates at international and local conferences.
Maintain professionalism and represent LBR both internally and externally.
