About this role
Role Overview
Own and execute strategic territory and account plans across EMEA to exceed revenue and growth targets
Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities within leading M&E organisations
Build and expand trusted relationships with executive, creative, and technical stakeholders (C-suite, Heads of Production, CTOs, VFX Supervisors, etc.)
Lead cross-functional deal orchestration across technical specialists, customer success, marketing, and channel partners
Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management across a diverse regional territory
Position Autodesk solutions through value-based, outcome-driven engagements aligned to customer business goals
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Autodesk’s M&E portfolio to evolving industry trends and customer priorities
Requirements
Fluent English and ideally French and or Spanish fluency
5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within Media & Entertainment or adjacent industries
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
Demonstrated expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies (e.g., TAS, MEDDICC, or similar)
Experience engaging senior stakeholders across creative, technical, and executive functions
Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex, multi-year deals
Ability to operate across a geographically distributed territory (EMEA) with cultural awareness.
