Assist on certain construction sites with the verification, stratification, and justification of potential cost deviations; prepare cost trend forecasts for active projects and submit them to the Planning and Cost area by completing the management spreadsheets;
Respond to contracting requests via tender boards to ensure project requirements are met;
Follow material requisition procedures;
Organize and lead weekly procurement meetings with the Supply team and site teams to resolve contracting issues and general questions;
Monitor the physical progress of the region’s construction projects and present the projects' physical progress trend curve;
Participate in monthly PDA cost meetings for projects to identify potential cost-reduction targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Architecture.
Preferred: Experience in the construction industry.
